CPMR Houston provides on-site pump and motor service across Houston and the surrounding area — removal, installation, alignment, and troubleshooting — 24 hours a day, including weekends and major holidays.
What we do on site
Removal and installation. Pull the failed unit, set the replacement, couple it, align it, and confirm it runs right before we leave.
Laser alignment. Our technicians use SKF-certified wireless laser alignment equipment and provide you the before and after readings. Misalignment is the quiet cause of most repeat bearing and seal failures — if you're replacing the same coupling twice a year, this is usually why.
Field troubleshooting. High amps, vibration, overheating, tripping starters. We'll diagnose it in place and tell you whether it's a pump problem, a motor problem, or a system problem.
Emergency response. Line down at 8 PM on a holiday weekend is exactly when we're most useful. Call our emergency number at (832) 542-2227.
Preventive service. Vibration checks, alignment verification, and inspection on your critical rotating equipment before it fails.
Why alignment records matter
Most facilities we walk into have never seen an alignment report on their equipment. When you get one from us, you have documentation that the unit left in spec — useful for your own reliability tracking, useful for warranty claims, and useful the next time somebody asks why a pump keeps eating bearings.

IN-HOUSE MACHINE SHOP
CPMR runs its own machine shop at 6014 Gardendale with our own machinists. When a pump comes apart Monday and the shaft needs work, the shaft goes thirty feet across the floor — not across town. That's why a quick turnaround is possible.
