What a pump repair looks like here
1. Teardown and inspection. We disassemble, clean, and document what we find. Wear rings, impeller condition, shaft runout, bearing fits, seal faces, casing erosion.
2. A quote before we proceed. You get a written estimate with photos of what we found. No surprise line items after the fact.
3. Machining and rebuild. Shaft repair or replacement, wear ring machining, impeller balancing, bearing replacement, and mechanical seal installation — done in house by our machinists and technicians .
4. Inspect and test. Every rebuild is carefully inspected and run-tested before it leaves the shop.
5. Back to you. Typical turnaround is 3–4 days. If your job is going to take longer, you'll hear it from us up front. Rush/Emergency service is available!
